The following Terms of Service apply to the mobile applications published as “Temporary Email Pro” on the iOS App Store and “Instant Mail” on the Google Play Store (collectively, “the Apps”).

Our Apps are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. General Use

• The Apps provide temporary email addresses for receiving emails and attachments. You cannot send emails using the Apps.
• All temporary emails are automatically deleted after a limited time (generally 1–2 hours for Free accounts; longer for Premium accounts).
• Email addresses and domains may change without notice. We cannot restore deleted emails or domains.
• Do not use temporary emails for registering critical accounts or receiving sensitive information. The Apps are not intended as a replacement for permanent email services.

3. Availability

The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue the Apps at any time without notice or liability.

4. Free Version

With the Free version, you can:

• Generate disposable email addresses instantly
• Copy email addresses to clipboard
• Receive emails and attachments automatically
• Get push notifications for new emails
• Read incoming emails in-app
• Delete or change email addresses at any time

5. Premium Version

Premium accounts unlock additional features, including:

• Custom email names with premium domains
• Multiple mailboxes (up to 10 at once)
• Extended storage (e.g., up to 1 month)
• Access to premium domains checked for quality
• Faster, dedicated customer support

6. Subscription Pricing and Terms

• Yearly: $99.99
• Monthly: $6.99

Prices are in USD, vary by country, and may change. A 3-day free trial may be offered, after which a paid subscription begins unless cancelled within the trial period.

Payment is processed by Apple (iTunes) or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings. Any unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

7. Restrictions

• You may not use the Apps for unlawful purposes.
• Do not use the Apps to receive, store, or distribute confidential, private, or harmful content.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass security or misuse system resources.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, or the availability of specific domains or storage of emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Apps, including loss of emails, data, or indirect damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Apps and their owners, affiliates, and employees from claims or damages resulting from your use or violation of these Terms.

11. Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and terms. Changes apply only to future renewals. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

12. Future Functionality

Your purchases are not contingent on future features or functionality not yet released.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date.”
